India's Mahesh Bhupathi and his Russian partner Elena Vesnina have made it into finals of mixed doubles event of Wimbledon 2011 Championships by defeating pair of Australian Paul Hanley and Chinese Taipei's Su-Wei Hsieh in the semi-finals in London on Saturday, July 2.
The Indo-Russian pair of Bhupathi and Vesnina won the match 6-2, 3-6, 7-5.
They will now face the winner of match between eight seeded pair of Canada's Daniel Nestor and Yung-Jan Chan of Chinese Taipei and the ninth-seeded pair of Austrian Jurgen Melzer and Czech Republic's Iveta Benesova in the finals today, Sunday July 3.
Lets hope they win and bring India glory.
If Bhupathi and Vesnina go on to win the title, it will be Bhupathi's 12th Grand Slam, his seventh mixed doubles title, and his third in London.
