33 TDP Legislators from Telangana Submit Resignations

On Monday, July 4, all 33 legislators of Andhra Pradesh’s main opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) from the Telangana region submitted their resignations to press their demand for a separate state.

TDP leader T. Devender Goud told news reporters outside the assembly that all members of his party from Telangana have submitted resignations to Deputy Speaker Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka as Speaker N. Manohar is in the US.

Three of the TDP legislators faxed their resignations from the US. Four rebel members of the party had sent their resignations Sunday from their hunger strike camp in Hyderabad.

Five legislators of the Congress have submitted their resignations to the deputy speaker since Monday morning while about 25 others, including a dozen ministers, were on their way to assembly to quit.

The Congress legislators left for the assembly after a meeting at Panchayat Raj Minister K. Jana Reddy’s residence.

The legislators said the resignations were aimed at pressurising the centre to carve out separate Telangana state as promised by it Dec 9, 2009.

Telangana accounts for 119 legislators in the 294-member assembly. The Congress has 52 members, including two of Praja Rajyam Party (PRP), which recently joined with the ruling party.

TDP has 37 members from the region while Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) has 11.

Djokovic beats Nadal to win maiden Wimbledon title : Nadal Vs Djokovic Wimbledon Final

This is Djokovic's maiden Wimbledon title.

The Serbian defeated Nadal in a  two-and-a-half hour encounter.

Djokovic is enjoying an astonishing run this year and has won 48 matches with his only loss coming against Roger Federer in the French Open semifinal.

Nadal was aiming for his 11th major and third Wimbledon title.

Djokovic is the first from his country to capture a Wimbledon title.

After winning the title, Djokovic said "It is the best day of my life, This is the tournament I always dreamed of winning. I think I am still sleeping, still dreaming. When you’re playing the best player in the world, I had to be on top of my game. I played probably my best match on grass courts ever.”

A gentleman as ever, Nadal took the defeat in his stride. “I’d like to compliment Novak for his performance today and his amazing season. Wimbledon is the most special tournament. I can imagine how Novak feels.”

Google Realtime Goes Missing - http://www.google.com/realtime

Today Google Realtime is the buzzword amongst internet users. Today Google Google Realtime has gone missing.

If you try to open http://www.google.com/realtime you will get a message that reads "The direct URL to real-time search is currently a 404."

As seen in photo below, the “Realtime” option is no longer in the Google search left sidebar.

All these changes seem to be occuring after Google launched its Google+ Project few days ago, and started rolling out user interface changes to many of their products, including search.

Google is removing features that weren’t used often or are being replaced with other functionality.

After doing bit of research on internet, we found that Google spokesperson Gabriel Stricker shared this statement to a website :

We’ve temporarily disabled google.com/realtime. We’re exploring how to incorporate our recently launched Google+ project into this functionality going forward, so stay tuned.

Yingluck Shinawatra is the sister of  Thailand's former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra who is currently in exile in Dubai due to a conviction for abuse of power.
